Martian Logic is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build our sales pipeline through active prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls for our Business Development Managers. This permanent, full-time role offers $65,000-$75,000 AUD per year.

You will identify prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach, crafting personalised messages that demonstrate our value proposition and drive discovery calls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a sales role, preferably B2B SaaS SDR experience.
• Proficiency in cold calling, email sequences, and social selling.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
• Results-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection and maintain positivity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Create personalised outreach to generate prospect interest and communicate our value proposition.
• Qualify leads effectively and schedule discovery calls with Business Development Managers.
• Meet and exceed targets for discovery calls booked and conversion rates.
• Maintain detailed notes in HubSpot and keep BDMs briefed before discovery meetings.
