Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a Sales Data Analyst to collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from multiple sources, build dashboards, and deliver KPI reports. You will examine trends by customer, region, and product, and provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions.

Responsibilities include managing trade programs data, ensuring data accuracy with various functions, and supporting demand planning and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Statistics, MIS, IT, Data Science or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Analyst or similar roles.
• Experience in Feed, Animal Nutrition, FMCG or related industries preferred.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• ERP/CRM systems experience is a plus.
• Analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good English reading and comprehension; speaking is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales processes and distribution channels is advantageous.
• Willing to work overtime during month-end/quarter-end closing when required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze sales data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze sales trends by customer, region, and product; identify gaps between Actual, Budget, and Forecast.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
• Manage data related to sales policies, promotions, discounts, and trade programs.
• Calculate and validate trade program results for settlement and evaluation.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain Sales Mapping, Sales Hierarchy, Sales Target, and sales team data.
• Track sales performance and calculate Sales Incentive results per company policy.
• Collect and consolidate Sales Commitment data to support demand and supply planning.
• Coordinate with Production and other teams to support production planning and customer demand fulfillment.
• Provide data and insights to Sales, Marketing and other relevant functions.
• Support data standardization, reporting automation, and process improvement projects.
