The role involves collaboration with executives, development of stakeholder relationships, and supporting audit reporting and follow-up while resolving moderately complex issues under leadership guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based audits across ADM entities worldwide.
• Lead audit staff on assigned engagements and review work performed.
• Identify and communicate control weaknesses, including SOX observations.
• Collaborate across ADM divisions to share best practices.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, including executive management.
• Support audit reporting and follow-up activities.
• Solve moderately complex audit and business issues with guidance from audit leadership.
