Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Sales Data & Systems Analyst to enhance accuracy, governance and reporting of customer, product and wholesaler data. You will manage master data, support BI reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders across systems.

The role reports to the Head of FP&A and emphasizes data governance, cross-system alignment, and strong Excel/Power BI capabilities. Hybrid work is offered with some remote days each week.

Qualifications

• Experience with master data management processes and data governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query and data reconciliation techniques.
• Experience with reporting platforms such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and product master data across MDM and Onespot, ensuring updates are accurate, complete and timely.
• Process customer, product and hierarchy changes in line with governance standards and manage exception requests as required.
• Act as a business liaison between stakeholders and BI development teams to support reporting needs and resolve data issues.
• Maintain alignment between JD Edwards (E1) and MDM environments, including reconciling interfaces and investigating integration issues.
• Support customer banner management, project delivery, testing and business readiness activities, including UAT and change support.
