You will support analysis, benchmarking, and administration of compensation programs and salary structures, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure data accuracy and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include salary surveys, job evaluations, market analyses, and participation in annual compensation planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR/finance.
Professional experience in compensation or rewards.
Experience with job evaluation methodologies and market pricing.
Familiarity with HR systems and data auditing.

Responsibilities

Participates in salary surveys and analyzes market data for benchmarking.
Supports job evaluations and develops job descriptions with relevant teams.
Performs market analyses to maintain salary structures and assess financial impact.
Supports annual compensation planning including salary reviews and incentives.
Collaborates with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders on competitive compensation packages.
Maintains HRIS data integrity and supports automation initiatives.
Contributes to compliance with employment laws across regions.
Researches compensation trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
Acts as first point of contact for routine compensation inquiries and guidance.
