Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with accounting coursework and GPA 2.8+.
• 2-4 years of relevant audit experience or senior auditor background.
• Knowledge of agriculture/commodity trading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based audits across ADM entities worldwide.
• Lead staff on engagements and review work performed.
• Identify control weaknesses and SOX observations.
• Collaborate across ADM to share best practices.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, including executive management.
• Support audit reporting and follow-up activities.
• Solve moderately complex issues with guidance.
