Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company in Decatur, IL seeks a Reporting and Data Specialist to build, maintain, and optimize data, information and reporting systems for the East Plant.

You will partner with operations, RCM and improvement teams, along with BU accounting and finance, to drive quality, clarity and data-based decision making.

Responsibilities include owning PI content, dashboards, daily/monthly reporting, and enabling digital analytics initiatives across QMS and industrial transformation.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, computer science, IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years in process operations or 5+ years in IT management systems and data processing with strong operations acumen.
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Dedication to safety and to others' safety.
• Excellent communication and people skills for working with plant personnel and regional management.

Responsibilities

• OSIS PI subject matter expert and super-user for site.
• Ownership of PI reporter content; upgrade and maintain content.
• Align production reports; engineer out redundancy and automate reporting where possible.
• Construct and maintain PI asset framework hierarchy.
• Ownership of PI Vision dashboards; streamline to reduce redundancy.
• Utility reporting; daily and monthly process analysis and allocation tie-out.
• Align with operations and improvement teams on yield reporting; rebuild yield file with accounting/engineering.
• Support Improvement team and plant leadership to track performance metrics.
• Partner with quality, maintenance and EHS teams to optimize data and reporting products.
• Support initiatives such as digital SMS, digital value stream mapping, advanced analytics, business intelligence, QMS and industrial transformation.
