Housed Australia Pty in Penrith is launching a brand-new gym and seeks a Sales Consultant to help shape a welcoming community from day one. You will drive lead gen, book tours, and promote memberships while recording details in our CRM and delivering top-tier customer service.

Partner with the Club Manager to execute promotions, maintain a clean, safe, and inviting space, and support growth across the team. A fitness passion and coachable mindset are highly valued for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a sales or customer facing role.
• Basic knowledge on gym equipment + amenities is desirable.
• Coachable with a can-do attitude and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and nurture leads through multiple channels.
• Book appointments, coordinate gym tours and communicate membership promotions/pricing to potential members.
• Accurately record and process information in the CRM for sales and member data.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing members; provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to member inquiries via email, SMS or in club.
• Collaborate with Club Manager to implement sales and promotions; provide strategic feedback.
• Ensure club safety, cleanliness and stock levels are up to standard.
• Create a welcoming community and foster an inclusive culture within the club.

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team to help with the pre sale and opening of our brand new club, which will be opening in Penrith! This is an exciting chance to be part of launching a brand new gym and helping shape a welcoming and inclusive culture and community from day one.

The organisation:

We are a newly established, one-stop destination for all things fitness, offering spacious free weights and cardio areas, reformer Pilates, Mat pilates, group classes, wellness amenities, a basketball court and pickleball court, all in one comprehensive service.

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.
• Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours and communicating membership promotions/pricing options to potential members.
• Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members and providing exceptional customer service.
• Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS or in club.
• Working closely with Club Manager to execute sales and promotions in club, whilst providing feedback to help refine strategies.
• Ensuring club safety, maintenance, cleanliness and stock levels are up to standard.
• Creating a welcoming community and helping to build a positive, inclusive culture within the club.

Personal skills & attributes:

• Most important: we are looking for someone who is coachable, receptive to feedback with a can do attitude!
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a sales or customer facing role.
