Anytime Fitness Weston and Jerrabomberra is seeking a Membership Consultant to join our friendly team. You will be the face of the gym, selling memberships and delivering a welcoming, high-energy experience to members and guests.

If you are goal-driven, people-person, with sales or leadership experience, you will thrive in our growth role, with opportunities to develop a career in the fitness industry and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Naturally great with people.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• At least 1 year sales experience; leadership 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selling memberships.
• Follow daily procedures for club operations.
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets.
• Be the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for members.
• Administration and filing, computer-based admin.
• Contact members by phone, email, and SMS to improve their experience.
• Greet guests to the club.
• Engage members on the club floor and highlight features and benefits.
• Follow club procedures daily.
• Travel between locations.

As a Membership Consultant, you create the culture of the gym. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must! We want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members with your Team.

This is a growth role, for someone to develop with the team and build a career in the fitness industry.

You are also responsible for the success of the business.

Skills Required

• Good natural sales person - Min 1 years experience in a Sales Role required
• Strong Leadership of a team - Min 1 yearsexperience in a leadership role required
• OR 2 years of just sales experience

• Social media savvy (confident on camera)
• Fitness Industry experience preferred but not required

The Role

• Selling Memberships

Must Haves

• Current Working with Vulnerable People or Children Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Current CPR Certificate.

Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors are desirable. Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory. An interest in a healthy lifestyle is important, we don't need you to be an athlete, just be able to promote your values to our members.
