Plus Fitness Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a motivated Membership Consultant to join our new club and help build a welcoming fitness community in Olympic Park. You’ll be the front face, guiding prospective members and delivering exceptional service.

The role covers pre-opening sales, club tours, member onboarding, social media content and local marketing. You’ll work toward sales targets in a dynamic, supportive team that values growth and a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience is preferred.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, people‑oriented approach.

Are you driven, confident and passionate about fitness, sales and helping people achieve their goals?

We’re looking for a motivated Membership Consultant to join the team at Plus Fitness Sydney Olympic Park and play a key role in growing our new club and building a strong local fitness community.

About the Role

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be one of the key faces of the club.

You’ll work closely with prospective and existing members, helping drive membership growth through lead follow-up, club tours, membership consultations and exceptional customer service.

You’ll also be involved in our pre-opening sales campaign, local marketing and social media content, giving you the opportunity to help shape the culture and growth of the club from the beginning.

This is a full-time position with ongoing training, development and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the club’s pre-sales and membership growth activities
• Generate, follow up and convert membership enquiries
• Conduct club tours and membership consultations
• Build strong relationships with prospects and members
• Follow up leads and work towards individual and club sales targets
• Assist with the club’s social media presence and create engaging content
• Respond to social media and membership enquiries
• Deliver outstanding customer service and member support
• Assist with member onboarding and general club operations
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and high-performance club culture
• Represent Plus Fitness Sydney Olympic Park professionally within the local community

• $60,000 base salary + super
• Uncapped performance-based commission
• Realistic OTE of $65,000–$75,000+
