Penrith BMW & Penrith MINI Garage, part of Sime Darby Motors Retail (Australia) Pty Ltd, is seeking a motivated Vehicle Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences while selling new and used BMW and MINI vehicles. You will proactively explore Finance, Insurance and Aftermarket products to contribute to strong sales results and lasting loyalty.

• Conduct customer follow-up to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain product knowledge across BMW, MINI and competitor brands.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and sales processes.

The Role As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while selling new and used BMW and MINI vehicles. You'll proactively identify opportunities across finance, insurance and aftermarket products, contributing to strong sales results and long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used BMW and MINI vehicles
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage enquiries from walk-in, phone and online customers
• Identify opportunities across Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket products
• Achieve sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets
• Conduct customer follow-up to generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain product knowledge across BMW, MINI and competitor brands
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and sales processes

About You

• Experience in a customer-facing sales or service role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Current NSW Driver Licence with a sound driving record

Desirable

• Automotive sales experience
• New and used vehicle sales experience
• Premium/prestige automotive experience BMW, MINI or multi-brand dealership experience
• ERA Net experience
