Job summary

Penrith BMW & Penrith MINI in Western Sydney seek an experienced F&I Business Manager to deliver tailored finance and insurance solutions within a premium dealership. You will work with an experienced sales team to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability, using strong lender relationships and an uncapped commission structure.

The role focuses on profitable product sales, compliant processes, and building lasting customer relationships while supporting the sales team to close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, finance or a similar F&I Business Manager role.
• Finance and insurance knowledge; lender accreditation preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, target-driven and motivated to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
• Current valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Introducing finance, insurance and warranty products to customers.
• Identify suitable finance options and submit applications.
• Liaise with lenders and manage settlements and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The Role

As an F&I Business Manager, you will work with an experienced sales team in a premium dealership environment, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions that support Complete Customer Satisfaction. You will have access to a strong range of finance and insurance products, leading lender relationships, and an uncapped commission structure. Your focus will be on profitable product sales, compliant processes, strong customer relationships, and repeat business.
