Sime Darby Motors Retail (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a Vehicle Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences while selling new and used BMW and MINI vehicles in Penrith. You will proactively identify opportunities across finance, insurance and aftermarket products, contributing to sales results and long-term customer loyalty.

The Role

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while selling new and used BMW and MINI vehicles. You'll proactively identify opportunities across finance, insurance and aftermarket products, contributing to strong sales results and long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used BMW and MINI vehicles
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage enquiries from walk-in, phone and online customers
• Identify opportunities across Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket products
• Achieve sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets
• Conduct customer follow-up to generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain product knowledge across BMW, MINI and competitor brands
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and sales processes

About You

• Experience in a customer-facing sales or service role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Automotive sales experience
