Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Sales Cadet to kick-start a career in sales. Over 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, business development, account management and solution selling with structured training and mentoring.

You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, build relationships with customers, and develop the skills needed to deliver high-quality service and measurable outcomes for Ricoh’s clients.

Qualifications

• Recent tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Technology or related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated customer service or stakeholder engagement capability.
• Positive attitude with desire to build a career in sales.
• Strong organisational and time management.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers and Account Managers with customer engagement activities.
• Support preparation of customer proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Maintain customer records and sales opportunities in CRM.
• Assist with contracts and sales administration.
• Coordinate follow-up activities from customer meetings.
• Research target markets and identify prospective customers.
• Train in traditional lead generation and customer prospecting.
• Participate in customer meetings and sales presentations.
• Develop understanding of customer challenges and requirements.
