Ricoh Australia is seeking a Sales Cadet to join the team for a 12-month development program in sales. You will gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, business development, account management and solution selling, with structured training, coaching and mentoring.

Ideal candidates have recently completed a tertiary qualification and are curious, motivated and eager to learn. The program focuses on building skills across sales support, development and delivering a high-quality customer

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers and Account Managers with customer engagement activities.
• Support the preparation of customer proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Maintain customer records and sales opportunities within CRM systems.
• Assist with contracts and sales administration activities.
• Coordinate follow-up activities arising from customer meetings.
