Job summary

RT Edgar Ocean Grove is seeking a motivated real estate administrator to support open homes, buyer follow-up, and CRM management. You will coordinate campaigns, photography, timelines and paperwork, and prepare for listings and vendor meetings.

The role includes auction support and delivering a premium client experience across all touchpoints. Weekend availability is required, with a mid-week RDO, and ongoing learning opportunities within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or currently completing).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence on the phone.
• High attention to detail and reliable administrative capability.
• A "get it done" attitude and willingness to learn.
• Saturday availability with a mid-week RDO.
