Job summary

Raine & Horne Brunswick is seeking a motivated sales support assistant to help generate leads, prepare property listings, and coordinate marketing materials and documentation.

You will assist with open-for-inspections, coordinate schedules, and support the sales team across the Melbourne northerns suburbs market. An ideal candidate is studying real estate with relevant certificates and holds a driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Willing to prospect and generate new business.
• Confident communicating with people over the phone and in person.
• Organised, reliable and able to follow through on tasks.
• Has/holds a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Job description

You'll provide day-to-day support to our sales agents, with a focus on generating leads and preparing property listings, marketing materials and other documentation. You'll also assist with open-for-inspection activities and help coordinate schedules, appointments and meetings to keep the team organised and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
