• 2+ years of sales, customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Commercial mindset with interest in business and finance.
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into funded opportunities.
• Guide the sales process from enquiry to close.
• Identify and qualify high-potential commercial opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations and meetings.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and report progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior sales leadership.
