The Opportunity:

This is an ideal role for a motivated sales professional looking to accelerate their career within a supportive, high-growth environment. You'll work directly with business owners and key decision-makers, helping them access funding solutions that genuinely support growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Converting inbound and outbound leads into funded opportunities
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to close
• Identifying and qualifying high-potential commercial opportunities
• Conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations and client meetings
• Maintaining a disciplined and accurate pipeline within the CRM
• Working closely with marketing and senior sales leadership
• Developing market knowledge across SME lending and business finance
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members as your experience grows

About You:

• 2+ years' experience in sales, customer service or a client-facing commercial role
