• Preparing open home packs, signage and marketing materials
• Assisting with Saturday open homes
• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities
• Preparing settlement gift packs for clients
• Conducting client follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate property and client information
• Providing additional support throughout sales campaigns
