Job summary

LJ Hooker Manuka in Canberra is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to learn directly from Samuel Thompson, one of Canberra's leading agents. You will assist with inspections, follow up inquiries, and coordinate marketing campaigns while building long-term client relationships.

This role provides direct mentoring, industry-leading training and a collaborative team environment, with opportunities for career progression in a fast-paced real estate sales setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail are required.
• High levels of motivation, energy and professionalism are expected.
• Ability to take direction, learn quickly and follow through.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are needed.
• Previous real estate experience is preferred; attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
