Job summary

LJ Hooker Sydney, NSW, AU is seeking a motivated Property Management Associate to join the team. This entry‑level role offers comprehensive training, a clear career pathway, and hands‑on experience with tenancy management, inspections, and lease documentation.

You will work closely with landlords and tenants, develop customer service skills, and use the LJ Hooker CRM to maintain records. A vehicle and willingness to work Saturdays are advantageous in this hands‑on role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the property management team with day-to-day tasks
• Conducting routine inspections and open homes
• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with landlords and tenants
• Learning how to prepare lease agreements and property condition reports

• Using LJ Hooker's CRM systems to maintain accurate records

Experience is preferred, however, if you don't know real estate that's ok because we'll teach you, but you must have determination, a strong customer focus and the drive to succeed. Must have own reliable vehicle. Must be able to work Saturdays.
