Job summary

Responsibilities

• Run and assist with weekend open homes and buyer registrations.
• Manage buyer enquiries and qualify buyers to maintain an active pipeline.
• Match buyers to listings and identify off-market opportunities.
• Arrange and attend private inspections, valuations, and pest/building inspections.
• Build relationships with buyers from enquiry to settlement.
• Generate leads via calls, door-knocking, and follow-up.

About the role

As Kasey's Sales Associate, you'll be at the centre of every campaign: running open homes, building the buyer pipeline and booking the appraisals that turn into listings. It's a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and real responsibility, and your results will show the effort you put in.

Key responsibilities

• Run and assist with weekend open homes, from setup and buyer registration through to follow‑up
• Manage buyer enquiries, qualify buyers and keep an active buyer pipeline
• Match buyers to suitable listings and find off‑market opportunities
• Arrange and attend private inspections, valuations, and pest and building inspections
• Build relationships with buyers from first enquiry through to settlement
• Generate leads through calls, door knocking, database follow‑up and open homes
• Spot buyers who also have a property to sell, and book appraisal appointments
• Help with appraisal preparation, comparable sales research and listing appointments
• Collect buyer feedback and give vendors and the team timely updates
• Keep the CRM accurate, with notes, buyer requirements and follow‑up tasks

About you

• Strong communication skills, both on the phone and face to face
• Initiative: you see what needs doing and do it
• A willingness to prospect consistently, every week
• Organised, reliable and comfortable with a CRM
