This is a hands-on, sales-focused role with no general administration component. You'll focus on buyer management, campaign coordination and generating new leads, working closely with an established sales professional in a fast-paced environment.

The Details:

• Salary: $66,000–$72,000 package
• Package Breakdown: Approximately $58,000 base plus car, phone and super entitlements
• Commission: $500 per sale, regardless of personal involvement in securing the sale
• Lead Incentive: $1,500 for leads that convert into a listing
• Systems: Realtime Agent, Campaign Agent and Agentbox
