Australian Plunge Pools Pty is seeking an organised Sales Support Assistant to assist our salesperson and keep customer enquiries and orders running smoothly at our Somersby site on the Central Coast.

You’ll be the key contact for customers, supporting the sales process with quotes, follow-ups and admin tasks. An interest in pools and building products will help you learn quickly and contribute to a great customer experience.

Australian Plunge Pools supplies precast plunge pools, helping customers find the right pool for their home and lifestyle. Based in Somersby on the Central Coast, we’re looking for an organised, personable Sales Support Assistant to support our salesperson and help keep customer enquiries and orders running smoothly.

About the role

You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and provide practical support throughout the sales process. This varied role combines customer service, sales support and administration, with opportunities to learn about our pools, finishes and equipment options.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Welcoming visitors to our display area and assisting with initial product enquiries.
• Assisting our salesperson with preparing and sending quotes.
• Following up enquiries and outstanding invoices.
• Keeping customer records, lead information and sales documentation accurate and up to date.
• Organising appointments and coordinating customer follow-ups.
• Helping customers understand pool models, available options and the next steps in their purchase.
• Liaising with our team to provide customer updates.
• Providing general administrative support to the salesperson.

About you
