Job summary

Southside Pool Service in Perth is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to help customers in-store and over the phone, provide practical pool care advice and assist with product recommendations.

You'll prepare quotes, answer enquiries, conduct water tests and explain results, restock displays and keep the store clean. Full training will be provided and weekend rosters apply.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable personality with a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers.
• Positive attitude towards sales, including quoting and follow-ups.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers and willingness to learn new systems.
• Reliable, flexible approach and willingness to learn.
• A current driver's licence.
• Availability to work weekends as part of roster.
