The Role This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for:

• Prospecting and securing new commercial sales and leasing opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
• Conducting property inspections and negotiations
• Preparing marketing campaigns and lease/sale documentation
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Providing market advice and insights to clients
