Job summary

Rawson Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to engage with customers and guide them through the home-building journey. The role involves selling homes, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. A competitive commission scheme and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven closing ability.
• Prior experience in residential sales or understanding of construction/home building is preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify their requirements and offer solutions
• Sell contract homes and house & land packages while achieving high sales targets
• Generate leads through display home engagement and follow up to convert interest into sales
• Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
• Develop and maintain a network of industry partners
• Weekend and public holiday availability is essential for this role, as these are prime times to connect with customers and make sales. If you love being where the action is, this is when you'll make the biggest impact.

• Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven closing ability
• Prior experience in residential sales or understanding of construction / home building is preferred
• Passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
• Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activity - Salesforce experience is highly regarded
• A team player who also enjoys working independently
• Motivated by results and the thrill of closing the deal
