This newly created Key Account Manager role is built for someone who’s walked sites, managed relationships under pressure, and understands that when machines stop, projects stall. If you're driven, hands-on, and ready to step into a role where your impact is immediate and real, this could be it.

Based in Ingleburn. $130,000-$150,000 + Super + Car + Comms

You’ll be representing a national leader in civil construction equipment hire. A company with over 56 years of experience, a fleet that’s built for performance, and a reputation for speed and reliability.

What the Role Looks Like:

• You’ll take charge of a portfolio of civil construction clients in your area
• You’ll be out on-site regularly, checking in, seeing what’s needed, and making sure everything runs smoothly
• You’ll build strong relationships with the people who matter: site supervisors, PMs, and procurement teams
• You’ll recommend smart, fit-for-purpose solutions from a seriously impressive hire fleet
• You’ll spot opportunities to add value, whether it’s upselling, cross-selling, or just showing up when others don’t
• And most importantly, you’ll become the person clients trust to keep their sites moving

What You Bring:

• Experience managing key accounts in civil construction or equipment hire
• Confidence walking onto a job site and speaking the same language as the crew
• Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline, you don’t let things slip through the cracks
• Professional, practical, and always thinking one step ahead
• Skilled in solution selling, negotiating, and getting deals across the line
• Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft tools
