We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who is passionate about the property sector and eager to contribute to high-profile projects. As an Analyst, you will work closely with our Directors to support and deliver strategic engagements across a variety of services, including:

• Project & Site Analysis: Conduct property due diligence, feasibility analysis, and market investigations to interrogate development options and maximize value.
• Project Direction & Strategy: Assist with options analysis, development strategy formulation, and strategic portfolio recommendations.
• Acquisitions & Divestments: Provide support for acquisition and divestment strategies, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Joint Venture Agreements: Support the structuring of joint venture and project agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members on diverse engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to client delivery.
