Job summary

Ruiz Property is seeking a proactive Sales Agent to drive opportunities in Canberra's apartment market, supported by an established PM team. You will convert referrals into appraisals, listings and targeted campaigns, building strong relationships with owners and investors.

You’ll collaborate with the Director, coordinate marketing plans, and manage open homes and inspections on weekends, backed by an attractive commission structure and a knowledge-rich local network.

Qualifications

• ACT real estate registration or licensing required.
• Current driver’s license and weekend inspection availability.
• Experience selling apartments and dealing with property investors is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect for new business and build your own pipeline alongside PM referrals.
• Follow up referred owners promptly and convert conversations into appraisals and listings.
• Prepare evidence-based market appraisals and present selling strategies.
• Secure listings and coordinate property preparation and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct open homes and private inspections.
• Build relationships with buyers and keep sellers informed with feedback and campaign updates.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process.
• Coordinate access with the PM team for tenanted properties.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor competing listings and market trends.

Ruiz Property is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Sales Agent who can start a conversation, recognise an opportunity and follow it through.

Our established property management business connects us with apartment owners across Canberra’s key developments. When those owners are ready to sell, our PM team provides valuable introductions—creating opportunities to build relationships and win listings.

With properties concentrated in established apartment developments and nearby precincts, you can build detailed market knowledge and coordinate appointments efficiently. You will develop PM referrals alongside your own prospecting, backed by an experienced team and an attractive commission structure that rewards results.
