Are you a Commercial Property Manager who enjoys winning new business just as much as managing properties?

We're working with a growing commercial property agency in Canberra looking for a commercially minded Senior Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, bringing in new managements and growing a portfolio.

This isn't your typical property management role. You'll take ownership of an established portfolio, but the real opportunity is to drive new business, grow the management division and earn strong commissions along the way.

The Opportunity

• $120k + Super + GREAT COMMISSIONS for bringing in new business.
• Established commercial portfolio to take ownership of from day one.
• Strong focus on business development, winning new managements and growing the rent roll.
• Opportunity to build your own client relationships and directly influence the growth of the division.
• Work alongside an established sales and leasing team, leveraging existing relationships and referrals.
• Dedicated Trust Accountant to support the financial administration of the portfolio.
• Genuine autonomy in a growing agency where your contribution will be recognised.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively identify, pursue and win new commercial property managements.
• Build relationships with landlords, investors and commercial property owners.
• Generate business through networking, referrals, existing clients and market opportunities.
• Manage an established commercial portfolio, including leases, renewals, rent reviews and outgoings.
• Provide commercial advice to landlords to improve asset performance and maximise returns.
• Work closely with the sales and leasing team to identify cross-referral opportunities.
• Oversee maintenance, contractors, budgeting and reporting with the support of a dedicated Trust Accountant.

About You

• Experienced Commercial Property Manager with a strong understanding of commercial assets.
• Enjoys the business development side of property management and has the confidence to win new clients.
• Strong network or proven ability to build relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Commercially minded, personable and confident presenting to prospective clients.
• Comfortable managing a portfolio while actively pursuing new business.
• Experience with Cirrus8 advantageous, but not essential.
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration and driver's licence.
