Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is seeking a results-driven real estate sales professional in Western Australia. You will operate within an established, full-service real estate business handling sales, property management and mortgage broking.

The role focuses on listing and selling residential property with strong support from a dedicated team. Candidates should have at least two years of settled sales experience, WA sales registration, a valid driver’s licence and National Police Check.

• Two years’ experience listing and selling residential property, with a verifiable record of settled sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and prepare price estimates
• Present campaign plans to vendors
• Manage campaigns from listing through to settlement, keeping vendors updated
• Run open homes and private inspections
• Present offers to vendors and negotiate sales
• Prospect for new listings and keep the CRM up to date
• Refer clients to property management and finance teams where appropriate

What you’ll do

You won’t be building a pipeline from scratch. Opportunities come from owners of managed properties who decide to sell, finance clients, and the business development team.

About you

• At least two years’ experience listing and selling residential property, with a verifiable record of settled sales


• Current WA sales registration


• Current driver’s licence


• Satisfactory national police check


• Must have full Australian working rights in order to apply
