Job summary

Marando Real Estate is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our growing property management team on the Central Coast. You will support leasing, inspections, administration, and tenant onboarding under the guidance of our Senior Property Manager and Licensee in Charge.

You'll gain hands-on exposure across all aspects of property management in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, with ongoing training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the real estate industry is essential.
• Minimum Certificate of Registration Assistant Agent qualification required.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Experience with Reapit PM preferred but not essential.
• Strong computer and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Routine inspections
• Managing advertising and online property listings
• Responding to tenant enquiries
• Assisting with tenancy application processing and screening
• Assisting with preparation and processing ingoing inspections
• Organising keys and maintaining property records
• Assisting with general property management administration
• Supporting the Senior Property Manager and Licensee in Charge with day to day operations

The Role
