Fair Dinkum Builds Taree and Port Macquarie is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic staff member to join our team in a Sales & Administration role.

This is a varied position involving customer service, sales, administration, design and quoting for our range of sheds, patios and carports.

Key responsibilities

General sales and administration duties

Using computer software, online systems and design program

Preparing quotes for sheds, patios and carports

Following up enquiries and quotations with customers

Assisting customers with their building requirements

Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

Developing strong relationships with customers

Future site visits to customers' properties

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Has a proven track record in a Sales or Sales Support role

Confident and professional when dealing with customers

Proficient with computers and software programs

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Motivated, reliable and able to work independently

Current driver's licence

Experience in the building and construction industry would be highly desirable but is not essential. We’re more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to provide great customer service.
