Job summary

Ezyframe Sheds Tamworth is seeking an experienced Shed Manager to take ownership of the Tamworth branch. You will drive shed sales, manage customer relationships from enquiry to delivery, coordinate orders and projects, and ensure daily branch operations run smoothly.

This hands-on role offers a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone, with strong collaboration with Metroll to deliver high standards for customers across NSW.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or branch management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness and proactive sales approach.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word) is preferred.
• Industry knowledge in building, steel or construction is valued.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive shed sales and manage enquiries and orders from start to finish.
• Conduct customer visits and site meetings across the region.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, stock and supply timelines.
• Manage banking, invoicing and assist with debt collection.
• Maintain accurate stock records, spreadsheets and filing systems.
• Coordinate day-to-day branch operations and administration.
• Work closely with Metroll to coordinate supply and project requirements.
• Identify opportunities to grow the branch and strengthen the local customer base.

Ezyframe Sheds is a trusted local supplier of premium sheds across North Western NSW. We design and deliver high-quality standard and custom-built rural, commercial and industrial sheds and garages to customers across NSW.

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Shed Manager to take ownership of our Tamworth branch.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You'll manage customer relationships, drive shed sales, coordinate orders and projects, and keep the day-to-day branch operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and our team at Metroll to make sure every project is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

A fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided.

About The Role

You'll take ownership of the branch from initial customer enquiry through to order and delivery. You'll build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and make sure projects stay on track.

About You

You'll be a confident and organised operator who enjoys dealing with customers, solving problems and taking ownership.

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or branch management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Accounts, invoicing or bookkeeping experience
• Strong IT skills, with Pronto experience highly regarded
• Experience in the building, steel or construction industry highly regarded
• CAD drawing experience will be an advantage
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Most importantly, you'll be practical, reliable and customer-focused. You'll be comfortable getting involved, making decisions and seeing things through
