Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking an Account Transactions Representative based in Scoresby to deliver high-level customer and after-sales support for Novated and Salary Packaging clients. This max-term role extends to December 2027 and offers exposure to GST, ECM, LVA and FBT enquiries.

You will manage employer transactions, reconcile payments, respond to queries, and partner with the Novated team to drive accurate, timely processing and excellent stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salary Packaging and/or Novated Leasing industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of products, processes and the customer landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage employer transactions, including payfile distribution and arrears management.
• Reconcile employer payments within SLAs and KPIs.
• Respond to employer queries and follow up on missed payments.
• Provide expert GST, ECM, LVA and FBT enquiries resolutions.
• Maintain communication with employers and support the Novated teams.
