Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is seeking an Account Transactions Representative to provide high-level Customer and After Sales Support for all Novated and Salary Packaging customers. This max-term role is based in Scoresby and runs until December 2027.

You will manage employer transactions, reconcile payments, and respond to queries with GST, ECM, LVA and FBT expertise. We value clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and a consultative approach to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salary Packaging and/or Novated Leasing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage employer transactions, including payfile distribution and salary packaging services.
• Reconcile employer payments within SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely account management.
• Respond to employer queries and payment requests, including GST-related matters.
• Provide expert support on GST, ECM, LVA and FBT inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Maintain effective communication with employers and support the Employee Transactions and wider Novated teams.
