Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is seeking an Account Transactions Representative based in Scoresby to deliver high-quality customer and after-sales support for Novated and Salary Packaging clients. This max-term role runs until December 2027, with responsibilities covering employer transactions, reconciliations, and GST/FBT inquiries.

You will engage employers, manage payfiles, respond to queries and provide expert guidance on relevant taxation and compliance topics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salary Packaging or Novated Leasing is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging meetings and reviews.
• Capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage employer transactions, including payfile distribution, arrears management and salary packaging services.
• Reconcile employer payments accurately within SLAs and KPIs.
• Respond to employer queries and requests, including GST-related matters.
• Provide expert support on GST, ECM, LVA and FBT enquiries and deliver resolutions within service standards.
• Maintain effective communication with employers and support the Employee Transactions and wider Novated teams.
• Demonstrate experience in Salary Packaging and/or Novated Leasing and understand the related products and processes.

What you'll contribute

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is on the lookout for a Account Transactions Representative to provide high level of excellence of Customer and After Sales Support for all Novated and Salary Packaging customers.

This role is based at Scoresby and is a max term position until December 2027.

How you'll make an impact

• Manage employer transactions, including payfile distribution, arrears management, and salary packaging services.
• Reconcile employer payments accurately within agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely account management.
• Respond to employer queries, deduction list requests, and follow up on missed employer and employee payments, including GST-related matters.
• Provide expert support on GST, ECM, LVA and FBT enquiries, delivering resolutions within service standards.
• Maintain effective communication with employers, manage payfiles, handle general enquiries, and support the Employee Transactions and wider Novated teams
• Experience in the Salary Packaging and/or Novated Leasing industry, with a strong understanding of the products, processes and customer landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging customer meetings, information sessions and business reviews.
• A curious and consultative approach, with great questioning skills that help uncover customer needs and identify new opportunities.
• Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver results.
