Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is Australia's leading automotive financier, focused on delivering finance, insurance and fleet solutions with a commitment to people and performance. The role is based in Scoresby on a max term contract until December 2027, reporting to the Novated Leasing team within the Employee Transactions group.

You'll manage employer transactions, reconcile payments, handle queries and provide expert GST/ECM/LVA/FBT support while building strong relationships with employers

Qualifications

• Experience in the Salary Packaging and/or Novated Leasing industry, with an understanding of the products, processes and customer landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong presentation skills for information sessions and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage employer transactions, including payfile distribution, arrears management, and salary packaging services.
• Reconcile employer payments accurately within SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely account management.
• Respond to employer queries, deduction list requests and follow up on missed payments, including GST matters.
• Provide expert support on GST, ECM, LVA and FBT enquiries with service-standard resolutions.
• Maintain effective communication with employers and support the Employee Transactions and Novated teams.

What you'll contribute

To provide a high level of excellence of Customer and After Sales Support for all Novated and Salary Packaging customers.

The role is based at Scoresby and is a max term position until December 2027.

• Manage employer transactions, including payfile distribution, arrears management, and salary packaging services.
• Reconcile employer payments accurately within agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely account management.
• Respond to employer queries, deduction list requests, and follow up on missed employer and employee payments, including GST-related matters.
• Provide expert support on GST, ECM, LVA and FBT enquiries, delivering resolutions within service standards.
• Maintain effective communication with employers, manage payfiles, handle general enquiries, and support the Employee Transactions and wider Novated teams.

Your attributes

• Experience in the Salary Packaging and/or Novated Leasing industry, with a strong understanding of the products, processes and customer landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging customer meetings, information sessions and business reviews.
• A curious and consultative approach, with great questioning skills that help uncover customer needs and identify new opportunities.
• Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver results.
