Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in process/chemical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in special equipment management or process safety in chemical/food/pharma industries.
• Proficient in HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and risk analysis methods.
• Knowledge of PSM core elements: Mechanical Integrity, MOC, PSSR.
• Valid Special Equipment Safety Administrator Certificate (T Certificate).
• Familiarity with Special Equipment Safety Law of China and related regulations.
• Proficient with office software and data management.
• Strong communication, risk assessment and site supervision skills.
• Good English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Be the first person responsible for safety and environmental protection of the post and work content.
• Study and comply with safety/regulatory laws and company procedures; fulfill duties by law.
• Receive education on production safety and understand risk factors and emergency responses.
• Strictly implement safety responsibilities and wear protective equipment.
• Report hidden safety incidents and follow safety observation systems.
• Stop work or evacuate during emergencies and reject unsafe directions.
• Comply with GMP, legal requirements and ADM food safety culture knowledge.
• Organize safety archives for special equipment; service registrations and SOPs.
• Organize safety education, energy conservation training; periodic self-inspections.
• Prepare inspection plans and supervise hazard governance; report accidents and assist investigations.
• Address potential hazards; stop equipment if urgent and notify safety lead.
• Correct illegal behavior of equipment operators; promote Safety Law and 14 elements of PSM.
• Develop emergency response plans and periodic drills; apply hazard assessment tools (PSI/MI).
• Support production TPS work; identify CSD in production and maintain PM plans; work with engineers on HAZOP/LOPA/HAZOPs.
