Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) seeks an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to provide strategic leadership for EH&S standards, systems, and permits within a plant setting. You will oversee plant EHS performance, drive continuous improvement and report to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities include leading safety KPIs, mentoring staff, auditing programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental or related field; 6–12 years of EH&S experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Plant Manager and leaders to implement and track environmental and safety KPIs.
• Provide leadership, training and public presentation as needed.
• Lead in safety engagement and training across the plant.
• Evaluate environmental, health and safety programs through audits.
• Communicate requirements of EH&S regulations and support implementation.
• Assess risk and manage safety impacts of operations and emergencies.
• Lead reporting in environmental and safety systems and drive improvements.
• Participate in incident investigations and oversee injury case management.
• Support continuous improvement with EHS leadership and global teams.
