Job summary

Sitemate is seeking an SDR in Sydney to qualify and route inbound leads via self-service and inside sales channels. You will engage prospects through calls, emails, live chat, and Slack/Salesforce, with real-time coaching by ClaudeMate to optimize objections and next steps. High KPI attainment and a clear path to growth underpin the role.

Expect a base+commission package with strong earning potential and a fast-paced, data-driven environment that values performance and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Confident and clear communication skills across email, phone, and video conferencing.
• Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, able to multi-task efficiently.
• Experience with modern tooling (CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside sales channels.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat, and internal tools like Slack and Salesforce.
• Meet monthly targets for booked and completed product demonstrations.
