Job summary

BrightHR is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in SaaS-based HR, Health & Safety solutions across Australia. You will engage business owners and directors via outbound B2B calls, schedule meetings for our Business Development Managers, and maintain close collaboration with the field team.

You'll keep Salesforce notes up to date and relentlessly pursue daily and weekly KPIs to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound, B2B phone calls, engaging with business owners and directors across Australia
• Schedule sales appointments for our high performing Business Development Managers to attend
• Maintain strong communication with field-based Business Development team
• Ensure CRM system (Salesforce) is kept up to date with accurate notes
• Achieving daily and weekly KPI’s
