Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Manager – SaaS Implementations to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of ELMO solutions for our customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact across business and technical teams, coordinating kickoffs, scoping, timelines and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a superb customer experience that aligns with our standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in SaaS implementations.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders, including senior sponsors and technical teams.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile or hybrid).
• Experience working with end users, business owners, and technology teams to drive project outcomes.
• Understanding of software delivery and how it intersects with client change management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on track.
• Guide customer project managers and project teams using ELMO’s implementation methodology.
• Provide clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks and issues.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues for successful outcomes.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with clear impact communication.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation from kickoff through closure.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and drive SaaS adoption.
