Elmo Software Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with sales, product and customer teams, translating customer challenges into practical demonstrations of ELMO's platform. You will bring product demonstrations to life and tailor them to each customer’s context and audience.

You will lead engaging presentations, address technical questions, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, helping connect business needs with scalable, valuable solutions.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a similar role such as Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Presales or Consulting in a SaaS organisation.
• Ability to present software solutions in a way that clearly links product capabilities to customer needs and business value.
• Confidence explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong time and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity and commercial acumen.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with sales and leadership to enable collaborative customer engagements.
• Lead a solutions-focused sales approach by aligning platform capabilities to customer challenges and outcomes.
• Plan and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to requirements and audience.
• Explain capabilities and address customer questions to build confidence in the solutions.
• Partner with product and internal teams to provide feedback and enablement for improvements.
• Coordinate and respond to RFPs and tenders with internal SMEs to ensure high-quality responses.
• Deliver presentations and webinars at prospect and customer events as required.
• Contribute to team playbooks and assets to improve efficiency and scalability.
