Job summary

ELMO Software in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager – SaaS Implementations to lead end‑to‑end delivery of our HRIS solutions for customers. You will be the primary contact across both business and technical teams, ensuring projects stay on time, within scope, and deliver a superior customer experience.

You will guide customer project teams, manage risks, and communicate status with stakeholders, driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in SaaS or software implementations.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Guide customer project managers and project teams using established methodology.
• Provide clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, resolving issues proactively.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with clear impact communication.
