Job summary

Elders invites you to join our Charleville team as a Retail Sales Representative on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will support the branch’s retail team with logistics, stock receiving and dispatch, and apply your product knowledge with outstanding customer service to grow client relationships.

You will leverage Elders’ network to pursue new business opportunities, meet KPIs, and deliver a complete delivery service for rural products.

Qualifications

Hold a valid driver's license.
Heavy rigid truck license preferred, with support to obtain one.
Forklift license preferred, with support to obtain one.
Proven track record in sales and strong retail skills.
Technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to support clients.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.
