Elders invites you to join our Charleville team as a Retail Sales Representative on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will support the branch’s retail team with logistics, stock receiving and dispatch, and apply your product knowledge with outstanding customer service to grow client relationships.

You will leverage Elders’ network to pursue new business opportunities, meet KPIs, and deliver a complete delivery service for rural products.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Heavy rigid truck license preferred, with support to obtain one.
• Forklift license preferred, with support to obtain one.
• Proven track record in sales and strong retail skills.
• Technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to support clients.

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our Charleville team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's retail team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.

Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.
