Job summary

Elders is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join the Moura team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the branch’s retail team by handling logistics, stock receiving and dispatch, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Leverage product knowledge to grow customer relationships and explore new business opportunities, with access to Elders’ extensive network and tools to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and strong retail skills.
• Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Heavy rigid truck license is preferred, with support to obtain one.
• Forklift license is preferred, with support to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
• Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
• Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.
